During construction, residents and motorists may notice utility locate markings, construction crews and equipment working in the right-of-way, directional boring operations, and occasional lane shifts or brief traffic delays. Short-term access impacts may occur near active work zones. All disturbed areas will be restored in accordance with city standards.
