The Rural Hall plan area includes parts of Winston-Salem and unincorporated Forsyth County, and is bounded:
On the west by Shore Road south of US-52 and the vicinity of Helsabeck Road north of US-52.
On the north by the Forsyth/Stokes county line.
On the east by Red Bank Road, Memorial Industrial School Road, and Stanleyville Road.
The meeting will begin with a presentation on the purpose of the plan, how it will be developed, and how residents can participate in the process. The meeting will also include opportunities for attendees to share their opinions on how the area should develop through a series of mapping exercises and interactive stations by the Planning and Development Services staff.
While the presentation will happen at the beginning of the meeting, individuals can come anytime during the meeting to share their input.
